Seeing Saturn…
During the winter months Saturn is generally based near Ellesmere on the Llangollen Canal, but from March to October she travels the waterways of the north west – north of Birmingham to Merseyside and into Wales – attending major events and undertaking specific educational and other bookings. (see below) The society works with British Waterways Wales & Border Counties Waterways in planning our annual programme.
See our list of travels & events below.
See our reports of events we have attended.

Using Saturn…
Saturn can be booked to attend events, to be used as a schools educational resource (we are part of the Wild over Waterways (WoW) scheme (run by British Waterways and the Inland Waterways Association) or for filming and other promotional purposes. Please note – Saturn cannot be used for passenger carrying trips. Cost depends on the circumstances and also varies if a horse is required. We are a charity and must raise funds for the ongoing maintenance of Saturn. (To book Saturn please contact us via e-mail.
