Saturn attended the Audlem Transport
Festival at the end of July, although it was a very wet day there
were over 250 vehicles and 9 Historic Craft there.
We did well with Saturn with many visitors taking the opportunity to
visit Saturn and view her cabin.
Saturn's next venue was Nantwich, Nantwich Museum have a canal
exhibition on and last week we had Saturn open to the public, this
was quite a successful week with 340 visitors to Saturn. Thanks to
all the volunteers that helped with this.
Saturn will remain in Nantwich until the 10th September when we have
four days of school visits. 10th,15th,16th and 17th September if you
can help in any way please contact Sue Yates.
From Nantwich Saturn will be going to the Whitchurch Festival 19th
and 20th September, we do need volunteers to help with this event.
Unfortunately because of the school visits in Nantwich Saturn will
NOT be attending the Ellesmere Festival 11th-13th September.
Saturn will be attending the celebrations for the World Heritage
site at Pontcysyllte on the 3rd October.
5th October Saturn will be going on dock at Ellesmere for a week for
general maintenance.
