Normally at this time of year Saturn would be heading for the National Waterways Museum at Ellesmere Port to join the annual Historic Boat Gathering. This year Saturn is trapped on the 'Upper' Llangollen Canal because of the Whitchurch breach. So, instead we are taking a Saturn display stand to the Museum so we can be a part of this event in the 50th year since the opening of the Museum in 1976.

The display will include our model of Saturn's sister vessel, Symbol. This is a superb, detailed museum quality model which is over 4 feet long. It is not generally on public display, so please take advantage of this rare opportunity to come and see it.

There will be Saturn members on the stand on Saturday afternoon (after our AGM), Sunday and Monday.
